UPDATE: FUGITIVE ATTEMPTS TO CONCEAL KNOWN TATTOOS DURING CHILD ABDUCTION INVESTIGATION
Eitan Ariel Blasingame was only a child when a non-custodial parent took him in 2008. He was allegedly abducted by his father, Michael Blasingame, and there are concerns for Eitan’s safety. The Plano Police Department has partnered the investigation with the federal government, and federal warrants were issued for Michael’s arrest for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution and International Parental Kidnapping.
UPDATE: The Plano Police Department received updated information regarding Michael’s tattoos. It appears he has attempted to conceal them with a heavy tattoo cover-up. In 2012, the tattoo had multiple Star of David images around his wrist and arm.
Michael was believed to have been in Bangkok, Thailand in 2012 and was working at a shaved ice stand by the Sala Daeng BS Station in the area of Si Lom Rd and Rama IV Rd in Bangkok.

I was in the Military for 8 years. I’ve seen stuff similar to this before. Lots of intel mumbo jumbo but Thailand is a political nightmare. They won’t deport anyone nor work with anyone from outside their borders really and the whole country drowns in corruption. But if you look at that pattern of his movements, it looks like he’s headed to China. If he does get across into China, he and his son will vanish into the fray and it will be a whole lot harder to find them. It also looks like his name may be a fake identity as well. I’ve heard stories of these deep cover international agents from other countries having children and living for years with their wives, then taking these small children to foreign countries and raising them to be spies and assassin’s or something from a young age but I always just thought it was a bunch of movie junk. That’d be pretty terrifying if all that turned out to be real.
I couldn’t figure out the logo but I was able to find a video of a person walking around that area in 2024. I haven’t seen anything that stands out yet but thought may be someone might be able to recognize something I didn’t.
This is wild. I haven’t seen Bankok since the 90s and it in no way looked like this. It’s like an entirely different world. A lot cleaner and bigger! But as to the case, no I didn’t notice anything either. He might even be gone from there by now. Like I said, he may head to China and they won’t take the effort to expedite him. And he has a boy. China wants boys because they satay and work. They don’t want girls. And no one has authorization to go into China for a fugitive so he’d be out of reach. But I don’t know if that’s the case but I hope not.
This is a great video, thank you for finding it! I haven’t seen it. I’m going to watch it and see if I can geographically dial into the corner where I know the image was taken.
We still haven’t heard any thoughts on what the shirt logo was. We did identify the red/white umbrella covering. We didn’t find any other pictures of him but we found several other setups using that umbrella and it’s advertising for Carnation brand products.
There are a lot of suggestive theories in your reply that could be true but aren’t based on connecting investigative dots. Right now, there is an updated visual of the suspect, unique shirt logos that he is wearing and an established location at a period of time. If Blasingame isn’t there now, those tattoos are unique enough for someone to be familiar with him.
Instead of posting a lot of random speculation, let’s get our resources organized to make progress with connecting these dots! I feel there is a lot of value cyber-sleuths can add with these clues.

I was able to break the video down and at the 10:22 mark, the videographer turns west onto Si Lom Rd from southbound Thaniya Rd. That unfortunately puts them on the north side of Si Lam and the snow cone stand picture was taken on the south side. So close!
Do we think the cursive area is foreign letters or dragon or lion type of shape? It’s been noted that alcohol companies use logos like that.

It’s also also unclear how many letters are at the beginning of the word and could be covered up by the collar.
The writing on the right his right shoulder is in Thai. The other shoulder says OATS which is indicating a plant based ice cream vendor. There are different vendors for oat based plant ice creams all around Bankok. It will be hard to narrow down just one or two. I was looking for the tattoo also in the video, or the place he was seen working but it’s tough. Bankok is a big place.
Can you provide an example of a vendor advertising “Oats” or that they are a plant based vendor? It would helpful to learn a few supportive facts about what you are sharing.

I’m familiar with that. I’m more directly talking about you saying the shirt said “oats” because vendors advertise that on their shirt? I was wanting to know more about what you were basing that off of and if you have any examples of another shaved ice stand actually advertising like that.
No, It just looked like an obvious O to me on the shirt so I googled “OATS” in relation to Ice Cream and then came up with results for Oat based milk ice cream products and plant based ice cream popular in Bangkok Thailand. Then the shaved ice cream thing made sense since the shaver is in the picture, so I figure he possibly worked at a stand that served both the Oat milk based Ice creams as well as the shaved ice creams.
