I entered military service with the U.S Army in 2004 after graduating from High School in 2203. I served 8 years with the Army as a Combat Engineer. I have worked as a licensed security officer both before and after my military service. I have done security work for over 16 years. I delved into the intelligence community a little bit while in the military, working with the Army’s Criminal Investigations Unit (CID) both on deployment and home sector. I was deployed to Iraq in 2009 for 11 1/2 months working in combat operations and detainment of persons of interest for intel investigations that had been mission intensive. After returning home from Iraq I was transferred to a medical unit within the Army who after 3 years of medical evaluation found me unfit to continue with the military, so I was medically discharged through the Wounded Warrior project. I went back into civilian sector security work after my military service. I also would take occasional security work for private firms that would do special types of security such as Rodeo events or production sets for movies and tv shows that were being filmed in Atlanta GA. I have worked directly with Law Enforcement on more than several occasions, I have also been asked several times to become a Law Enforcement professional but I refused out of enjoyment of where I was at the time. Today, I am a 100% disabled veteran through the VA system and I actively try to assist people every day in any way I can the same way I have always done. It’s what makes my day feel better. Thanks you.
