Is it possible that she had a medical condition or a medical episode and or got disorientated and lost her way?
Very sad for her family.

Also when they say the car was disabled can anyone clarify if this means flat battery or stuck in the mud?

From what I read she was stuck in the mud

Do we know why she was away from the camp site? Was there an argument with the boyfriend perhaps and she took off angry?

Also has anyone else gone missing in dense wooded areas either close by or in other parts of the state? Or in similar circumstances? Have the police looked at this angle perhaps?

She went to go get coffee. This article has more details that might answer some questions for you.

Two questions came to mind while reading her story.

  1. No cell phone has been found leading me to think she got out of the car with her phone and started walking for help or to go back to her camp site for help maybe like a figure it out at daylight kind of thing.
  2. Was her coffee in the car? Because personally, I feel if I need to walk to find help and it’s cold, I am taking my coffee!
  3. Having grief strike all around did make me think for a minute. But if I am going to make an effort to go get coffee, I’m not thinking about self harm.
    That’s all that came to mind for now. Might have more thoughts and questions as I learn more. Prayers to her family. Especially her mom!:people_hugging:

Last seen the 13th April but why only reported missing on the 24th April?

@user115
I have a few different options of what could have happened but this case comes down to 2 things and if we have answers to the 2 things the we can basically solve the case but I do not think that she is alive
It is very rare for her to be alive at this point

Hello, that’s not too terribly uncommon. Not all adults have people they check in with daily. Weekly, couple times a month is not unusual in many families. Were you thinking otherwise?
