Does anyone know if there were signs of sexual assault? I looked up Antoine Garner. He has a laundry list of criminal offenses in his background including in between Dec 2008 and Jan 2009, he was charged for raping and sodomizing a 16 year old juvenile leaving her pregnant. in June of 2011, he was charged for strangulation 2nd degree and assault in the 3rd degree. I don’t really think you need a forensics team to solve this one.
It’s clear but seems like involvement of money and injustice!
Honestly when it comes to criminals like these, sometimes it’s both. I agree this might be an individual that may be involved in some type of corruption due to drug sales or trafficking or whatever the case might be, however the other side of that coin usually lies in finding justification to do to people (in this case young women) what he already knew he wanted to do. If he did have these compulsions already, then his potential status with LEO would suggest to him that he wouldn’t be caught anyway. He was caught, but never for murder. With lust murder for them, it’s always high risk but high reward. The way they see it anyways.
Her second autopsy report indicates blunt force trauma to the genitals, which could be indicative of rape.
We’d have to see the full report to know if they ran a SART examination post exhumation. With her line of work, any DNA evidence obtained may be unreliable in that regard…
I just recently became a part of a group called The Guardian Group and this case is the reason for the group. They want to pass a law on anyone under the age of 21 to be considered sex traffic instead of “sex worker” or “prostitute”. The one thing I am starting to live by is the motto “You see something, say something” even if you end up making a fool of yourself you could also end up saving someones life in the end. She may have been 20 (a legal adult) but she was still a developing adult that didn’t have a chance to live life.
That’s not his only victim. AG has been protected by the city of Buffalo for a long time. I grew up with AW, poured over every inch of this case searching for answers. She was working as a CI for Niagara county. She was given a lethal amount and assaulted for hours. There are so many graphic details burned into my brain. It was a murder, and that murderer is still being protected by the COB, lost organs, injuries not indexed… justice will come though.
From looking at the charges and everything else listed for him, there is without a doubt that Antonie Garner did this. Being that he was the last one to actually be around her and see her alive even when Adam Patterson dropped her off and waited for her. There is no telling during that waiting what Garner could have done to her. And adding to it, finding her body just across the street from where she was dropped off. It shouldn’t matter if she was a sex worker or druggie, justice is needed for everyone. And it should be granted.
Along with the amounts of ethanol and cannabinoids found in her. I did some research and having the BOTH of them in your system can cause black outs, memory loss, slowed brain activity, and poor coordination. But the main two factors from them being together is blackouts and memory loss. So, adding up to the amount of time she had been there with Antonie makes it even more pointing towards him.
