It seems like the suspects knew the victim personally, which means this wasnt a random attack, it was targeted. based on available footage, one of the suspects was seen wearing a medium-colored hooded sweatshirt with writing in the middle that strongly represents the GAP logo. i suggest you go to every GAP store in the city, check surveillance footage, and look for any records of recent purchases that match the hoodie description. if they paid with a card, you might be able to trace their identity, if they paid in cash, look for any footage that captures their face clearly. additionally, check resale platforms or thrift stores in case the hoodie was bought secondhand. This hoodie could be a crucial lead, if we track where it came from, we might just find out who was wearing it.
I would really like to know if the suspects knew the victim personally because theres no way they would shoot him like that for no reason. The way the attack was carried out suggests it wasnt random, they knew EXACTLY where he would be and at what time, meaning they were either following him or had prior knowledge of his movements, that raises even more questions: did someone tip them off? was he set up? or had they been watching him for a while? i believe theres a connection between the victim and the suspects that we havent uncovered yet. we also need to consider MOTIVE, was this personal, or was there something bigger behind it? checking the victims recent calls, texs or messages might give us a lead. Did he have any conflicts? was he in trouble with someone
I think the real question here is are these 2 cases linked? They happened just a few miles from each other, both in the late evening of the same month, of the same year, both gunshot victims. There’s clearly something going on here we aren’t aware of.
If the ballistics from both murders were tested for barrel signature commonalities, I’m probably about 85% sure there will be at least one match linking the two murders together.
Then all we have to do is figure out what these two guys had in common if they didn’t know each other and that possibly could tell us why they were killed.
Logging into the account? what? Hey, we aren’t trying to hack peoples accounts here, even if they are deceased. The area this happened in Philly runs heavily into drugs around there. Both areas. That whole city drowns in drugs. It’s most likely tied to that somehow. The LEO’s really need to take it from here. There really isn’t much anyone else can do to solve this without the resources that LEO’s have at their disposal. It’s good on the ground detective work that’s going to put these cases to bed now.
i understand your concern, and i want to clarify that i did try, but i didn’t work, however, i was able to find a family member linked to Tejans profile, as well as the university he attended. i reached out to the family member with full respect and also messaged a few people from the university to see if they knew anything about the situation. that’s all I’ve done, just trying to gather information in a respectful and ethical way.
