Great requests! On our desktop version of the app, we have filters for those data points. Currently, the mobile version only sorts by name. We will bring the rest of the filtering tools to mobile!
Is there a solved category that cases go into once they are marked? I noticed some unsolved discussions are actually solved. @Detective_Aaron
We have two options for that. There is a tag that we put on the cases in the forum and then the cases in the database get their status updated to solved.
