The FBI is now offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to Samuel’s arrest. This information has been added to his STC profile.

And Samuel has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list! The STC profile has been updated again to include the mention of the now 1 million dollar reward (it is advised to contact the FBI with your tip to be eligible for the reward).
