Was the husband investigated? How can he not be considered at the very least a person of interest, if they found bloody drag marks in the house and blood in her car after they had an argument?
Here’s some key facts from the video I thought would help:
-others tried to visit but JR would answer and claim she was sick
-Jr and her were fighting and someone heard him yelling for her to get off the phone (apparently about Patty’s boyfriend)
-The children were sent by JR to JR’s sister for the evening due to the fighting
-the vehicle was still wet as if someone just tried to clean it and there were no fingerprints
-A pile of men’s clothes was also found in the vehicle apparently the initial JM was found on a jumpsuit
-JR didn’t want to participate in trying to find Patty
-JR filled divorce the day she was reported missing
-JR was reported to have told his landlord he was moving out in Dec.
-Patty was asking about a restraining order on Christmas Eve
-The police had to wait to search the home because JR moved back in apparently
-His sister and him stayed in the house during the search of the home (reportedly they wouldn’t leave the team alone)
There is mention of the car being found in a different jurisdiction and there was some miscommunication. Texas goes by No Body No Crime in some cases so this might be a reason why he has not be charged yet. The police apparently were under the impression that the prime suspect couldn’t have done it alone and there might be up to 3 people involved. But they did not name them. There was another woman’s DNA found in the vehicle, they assumed might be his sister’s but couldn’t get her DNA without cause.
