I just gained interest in being a sluth and I have a couple of questions, first I and I’m sure other folks would enjoying knowing what are the go to tools that a professional level sluth wouldn’t be able to accomplish there tasks without and secondly I would enjoy knowing any tips on how you go about sourcing information on the topic that they are investigating.
Any other tips or suggestions on how to dive right into being a sluth with ease are welcome.

I wouldn’t say I’m a professional. But I tend to dig through Google articles. I also use Gemini to find articles that maybe I couldn’t and information that’s behind a paywall. I also listen to several podcasts.
I have seen some sleuths request case documents and started there.
