The night she encountered the suspicious vehicle did she give a description of it and/ or the occupant(s)?
Were those persons questioned?
Was Léveillé questioned concerning this case? Did they have an alibi? Polygraphed? Does this person own any property that can be searched? Family with property like farm or hunting land.
This just definitely sounds like she was being stalked and then grabbed.
