It’s very possible that the reason he was never charged is he could be an informat. My neighbor a few years back was murdered by a man that has killed at least 3 people and paralyzed another one from the neck down and he has spent no more than two days in jail for each of those murders and all charges were dropped they didn’t want to put that in the newspaper but us neighbors were Snoopy and we finally figured it out called the court see what happened but they never put his name in the paper saying he was being released or anything so it’s all hush hush that’s possibility that’s what’s going on there.
