Who is the lead detective on this case?
The information is somewhat limited, but I will explain MY theory.
Kylie was said to have some mental health issues and moved to Garden City likely because of those mental health issues. Now, Kylie got a few social media apps such as Snapchat and Discord which are both messaging apps, and I agree with Kylie’s mother (Stephanie I believe is her name), it sounds as if she never got social media or at least Snapchat and Discord until they were in Garden City which is a bit suspicious. It’s possible she spoke to someone online who either was like a boyfriend (or girlfriend) or a mentor. Someone Kylie trusted to speak to about her mental health and it’s possible that the trusted person sent her money in order for to run away. But it definitely sounds like someone put that idea in her brain.
But this is just a theory.
Yes, I know. My knowledge is limited as well, as it should be. I don’t know her and she may not be family but we are distantly related. She was supposedly receiving money via PayPal and if so why can’t they get into her account to see who sent her money? It’s very difficult if not impossible to erase those tracks. Apparently no cameras have captured her. She’s been known to be into cosplay so she could be in disguise. I just want to know who the lead investigator is and hope he or she is doing everything possible to locate her. We are volunteers on this site so we have a right to request that info.
