it can’t be that she was wearing normal clothes the temperature was around - 4°C to 1°C..
What was the reason of her sister death??
What happened to her criminal??
Is there anyone who has the motive to kill both??
What did the police investigation reports says??
Was she using any medicine on daily basis?? or was she suffering from any disease??

there is the possibility that a date rape drug had been used which caused her to lose consciousness and the culprit of this murder could have potentially drugged her and that’s why there was drug in her system your going to want to look at the toxicology report and look back on her past history to see if she could struggled with drug abuse as well but also look into if they had found the culprit to her sisters death because they could have potentially gone after her to there need to be more factors know in this

Although it is plausible that she committed suicide, another possibility which may sound far fetched it that someone had something against the family. Possibly a fall out or something like that. This could mean that she might have been murdered by someone who was close to her or the family, considering her sister died the following year. It is possible that she just became suicidal after her sister’s death, but there is something that doesn’t sound natural. If she killed herself, she would have just overdosed, there was no reason for her to have died from hypothermia. Something that’s possible is that she was drugged at the casino (or anywhere) and unfortunately died. This could mean the person tried to dispose of the body, leaving her to have what appears to be hypothermia. What I am saying is she might have been dead before the “hypothermia” though I am not sure. The question is what was she wearing?
Maybe you should look more into the people at the high school she and her sister graduated from, I think you will find either there or at both of the churches she was a member of atleast one of the names of the guys who killed Jocelyn watt so Brandon Donald Monroe, Bryce Mallikee Teran, Patrick James SunRhodes or Korbin Headley. I personally am from Europe so sadly I can’t go to the high school or the churches and ask myself even if I would have loved to solve this case the right way, because I also think she was murdered and that it wasn’t an accident.
