Why were they heading to the woods late at night? did they sneak out? who was in charge of watching them, or who was home at the time? Why did her adoptive mother get her parental rights terminated? Is there a license on the jeep?

As far as the woods it was by there home maybe it was a hang out spot of there’s.
No one can find more info on why it was terminated. I did find this snippet off the FBI site though.
