If it was proposed that she purchased opioids prior to his death, could they have her drug tested to see if she is the pne taking them or if a partial autopsy was performed would they have any blood or tissue samples of his to test?
Costa Rica has standard laws about doing autopsies. I am just trying to understand how a healthy man at the age of 44 would not be given a full atopsy and toxicology tests, especially if any history of diabetes, testosterone, etc was mentioned.
They can do heavy metal screening on cremated persons remains.
She should not have been allowed to collect on any policies until after a full investigation is done. Of couse this being in a foreign country does hinder any policing by the U.S.
