Deepest condolences to Devoghn Allen’s family. It is hard to fathom that there were no surveillance cameras anywhere throughout that neighborhood at that time. Praying that eyewitness will do the right thing and come forward with vital first-hand information, that can/will provide Devoghn’s family with long-awaited answers and justice for Devoghn.
