Thank you!! I’m working on a bunch of FOIA requests for her case, I’ll be sure to add links to the documents once I get some responses.

@AndreaNCipriano Hello, a question was asked over email regarding the source of information about vodka being found in the trash. Can we share the source of the intel piece?

Happy to answer this question! Based on a photo I have of the death scene, courtesy of the Pasela family, I can make out an empty Kamchatka vodka bottle in the trash which matches other bottles of the same brand found on the kitchen table. Attached is the photo.

I was looking for evidence online and information about the case, and one thing that caught my eye was that, reportedly, Kasaris informed police that Dawn had substance abuse issues and that her death should be treated simply as an overdose. I noticed the CVS Pharmacy Bag in the trash. Have they tried tracing records to see what was purchased by her in at least a week prior to her death? Not to deny that it seems that there is a high likelihood of foul play, but if we know what she got and possibly took, then it’s possible to determine if it has any interactions with the alcohol. Another possible thought I had is that if we identify what she purchased and look back through the records of everything documented at the location of the crime, we could possibly identify if that said purchase was missing from the property, which could imply several things: A) It was thrown away (although it would’ve been discovered in the trash depending on what day the garbage was picked up). B) The item was not cited in the records. C) Someone else had been on the property. I guess that could be answered by whether anything was missing from the property.

Sorry if that seemed a little chaotic. It was determined via testing that I’m borderline autistic.

would it be possible to look through the 2 phones that was not Dawn’s and see if there is any old text or track where the phones been 7 days prior to this incident. This is because if there is any text on the phone about plans like if anyone was going into her house or bringing stuff like drugs could maybe narrow it down to a couple suspects. Also seeing where the phones been even a month before the incident could help see if they went anywhere suspisous or to a drug store like CVS because there was a bag in the trash that had CVS on it there is also plastic gloves in the trash bag what someone that was in the house that day could have used for no fingerprints.

This is what I found so far about the phones:

Cell phone records indicate there was an outgoing call placed on one of these unknown cell phones at 4:39am the day her body was later discovered by the Parma Police Department. This is suspicious, considering Dawn’s time of death was roughly 18-24 hours before her body was found — meaning the phone call would’ve been placed nearly 6 hours after Dawn passed away.

Also I was thinking based on what I’ve been reading about the alcohol and the CVS packaging. Was she sick? The high alcohol levels and no throwing up maybe could be cough syrup (such as NyQuil) mixed with the vodka or something? Not sure if that show up specifically during testing or not.
