Need to examine the suitcase and dress. We need to look for any barcode or serial number to trace the place from where it is purchased. That can be a lead to reach to the buyer of the objects.
The clothes are from Walmart, no way to track which one. The suitcase company only sold them on line, so you would have had to purchase it with a credit card and that would only work if you had the name of a possible suspect. The police would be the only ones to be able to obtain that information. They had been given leads, but refuse to investigate further. From what I understand, someone gave them a full timeline, give or take of a person of interest. And they took the “word” of that person that their child was alive and not baby Madison. They never actually got DNA samples to confirm or deny. And I believe a family member put their DNA on Gedmatch, but no one has compared them. Just like when the child’s real mother called in they said they would get her DNA! They never did and that was eight
