Armani’s mother and I extend our deepest appreciation and gratitude to LAMAR Advertising Team and Ms. Nancy Ward for their kindness and generous donation of billboard space dedicated to my nephew Armani’s unsolved disappearance and tragic death.
Haley Gray’s fearless advocacy work resulted in LAMAR Advertising Company Blessing Armani’s mother, myself and entire our family with generous donation of billboard space Wednesday, May 14, 2025 (for which I am truly grateful)!
Our family is eternally grateful for overwhelming support received from advocates who have proven to be champions of justice, our family is Thankful for continued support received from the community as well on this journey seeking Justice for my nephew Armani.
Our family has Faith that someone will come forward with vital firsthand info regarding Armani’s sudden disappearance June 3, 2017 resulting in July 24, 2017 unexpected discovery of his tragic death. Even if the witness thinks that the information is small, their information can be the big break needed to help solve Armani’s case.

I just have one question i was reviewin the case even i felt the prime suspects were none other than the assaulters , my question is why the third perpetrator not arrested and taken action on by the police or the jurisdictions

Post May 16, 2025 message I also would like to Thank Mrs. Nichole Schmidt, Gabby Petito’s mom for her fearless advocacy work as well, it wasn’t until after my May 16, 2025 post via Armani’s Solve The Case.org webpage acknowledging LAMAR Advertising Company’s generous gift to our family that I learned it was because of Mrs. Nichole Schmidt’s hard work and dedication to victims’ families like mine, taking time out of her busy victims advocacy schedule to join forces working hand in hand with Haley Gray to help secure the Blessing of a lifetime to Armani’s grieving mother and our entire family via LAMAR Advertising Company’s Community GIVEBACK Initiative regarding Armani’s donated billboard space which helped reach countless residents within the immediate Dallas area including neighboring cities who witnessed Armani’s Cold Case billboard ad as they traveled along busy I-30 Interstate throughout the month of May 2025, these two ladies along with heartfelt recognition to Ms. Nancy Ward for her invaluable support and contribution helping her employer LAMAR Advertising Company to Bless our family with this amazing gift donating billboard space on behalf of my nephew Armani helping to bring much needed awareness and attention to his unsolved murder that has constantly been pushed aside by DPD at the expense of other cases over the past 8 years, adding insult to injury Dallas PD has now doubled down on their Sept. 2024 and June 18, 2025 refusal to pay for forensic testing involving Armani’s specific case evidence collected from July 24, 2017 crime scene belonging to Armani that can absolutely change his current cause and manner of death from “undetermined” to homicide as well as open up multiple invaluable resource tools, opportunities and information via nonprofit organizations that can/will and are able to help our grieving family obtain long awaited justice on behalf of Armani.
Armani’s mother and I ask seek your support encouraging everyone to please support our family regarding Armani’s Call To Action via his Change.org Petition webpage via email template contacting DPD sending a message to Dallas’s new Police Chief Daniel Comeaux to get Armani’s specific case evidence tested that can absolutely change his current cause and manner of death from “undetermined” to homicide despite DPD higher-ups previous statements directly informing Armani’s grieving mother and I that DPD higher-ups don’t feel the need to spend taxpayers’ dollars to pay for forensic testing regarding justice on behalf of Armani who is my oldest sister’s son and only child, as if Armani’s mother and I aren’t taxpaying citizens who help pay Dallas Police salaries as well as help to fund other major projects in and around the city of Dallas.
Adding insult to injury during June 18, 2025 in-person meeting at Dallas Police Headquarters regarding Armani’s unsolved murder, Armani’s mother and I were directly informed that DPD higher-ups have now doubled down on their refusal to pay for forensic testing involving Armani’s brutal death, stating that DPD higher-ups do not feel there’s any justification in spending money to pay for forensic testing involving Armani’s specific case evidence that can absolutely change Armani’s current cause and manner of death from “undetermined” to homicide.
For these reasons mentioned above including the fact that Armani’s life was stolen June 3, 2017 after suffering multiple targeted assaults at the hands of 3 known perpetrators and was shot at while inside his home 3 days before he suddenly disappeared which DPD never bothered to investigate May 31, 2017 “deadly” conduct w/firearm shooting at all purposely allowing 2 year statute of limitation to expire clearly linked to July 24, 2017 unexpected discovery of his skull being found lying alongside the residential street less than one minute away from his home shared with his mother, who is still grieving the loss of her son and only child/Armani Dante Morgan.

One of three perpetrators was 1 of 2 known male perpetrators (was shot and killed) Nov. 2019.
Armani’s mother and I have asked jurisdictional law enforcement DPD that exact same question that you and user177 would like the answer to, but and however unfortunately for our family remaining 2 of 3 known perpetrators which include known female perpetrator and known male perpetrator remain free to walk the streets not being held responsible for their role in Armani’s sudden disappearance and brutal murder until and unless Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux authorized and approved money for forensic testing involving this specific case evidence collected from July 24, 2017 crime scene belonging to Armani.

I appreciate how you patiently answered my question thankyou for your time but i highly suggest it is important for the jurisdictions to take action on the 3rd person cause they are still roaming freely and not only armani their are so many who could become the victom of this one.

Armani’s mother and I agree with you wholeheartedly, it is imperative that jurisdictional law enforcement take action regarding both remaining perpetrators who are still free to roam the streets–both perpetrators (one of them a female) are a looming threat and constant danger to the community and society as a whole. Nov. 2019 one of three known perpetrators, met his demise–was shot and killed while committing additional crime in and around the city.
If you haven’t already, I would certainly appreciate your electronic signature via Armani’s Change.org Petition concerning his Call To Action–demanding jurisdictional law enforcement pay for forensic testing involving Armani’s specific case evidence that can/will help to legally hold these two remaining perpetrators responsible for their role in Armani’s disappearance and tragic death.

Post June 18, 2025 nonproductive meeting at Dallas Police Headquarters – I have a subsequent in-person meeting with a different set of high-ranking homicide officers at Police Headquarters pending a phone call from law enforcement in order to confirm date and time to discuss status of Armani’s case now that 8 years have gone without answers and the fact that DPD higher-ups have now doubled down on their refusal to pay for forensic testing that can help move Armani’s unsolved murder through to the legal justice system.
Which is why Armani’s mother, and I need your help as well as help from other compassionate supporters regarding new Call To Action utilizing Armani’s Change.org email template to send Dallas’s new Police Chief Daniel Comeaux a message demanding DPD pay for Armani’s forensic testing seeking justice that Armani rightfully deserve.
