Admin Tools: Mark Case as Solved and Change Case Type

We added two new tools for case managers. On the “Update Case” page is a new tab called “Status”. This is where we keep the publish case option. We’ve also added an option to mark a case as solved, add disposition notes and to change the type of case.

For example, a person might be listed in the database as a missing person. If they are found and are the victim of apparent homicidal violence, you would want to change the case type from “Missing Person” to “Murder”. Let us know if you have any questions or issues with the new features.
