There are a few weird and notable things that occurred in this homicide. Now, I was thinking that Simon and Gretchen were seeing one another, but research proved otherwise as Simon was married to a woman named Jenia and they even had children. It states he was a loving husband, so I doubt that he would have cheated… Now, I tried to connect the cases with others, but it seems as if it was just Gretchen and Simon… Apparently, both of them were stabbed 47 times, now it’s a very precise number, it’s a bit odd that it was the two of them stabbed the same number of times. But even if it was coincidental, considering the number, it would likely be one of rage against perchance both of them. Now, they may have been friends but since Simon owned, I believe a hair parlour, it’s possible she was a client. However, this is just a theory. Unfortunately the research is very limited.
